Shipping Information

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.

Delivery Time

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

• International Shipping: Varies by location (generally 7–21 business days)

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping (U.S.): $10 per order

• Free Shipping: Orders over $120 (pre-tax and post-discount) qualify for free shipping

• International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this to track your order at any time.

Shipping Carriers
TYIK partners with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL, selected based on your delivery destination and speed.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. TYIK is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TYIK gear. If you’re not fully satisfied, we make returns and exchanges simple.

Return Eligibility
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition with tags still attached

Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale items

• Customized or personalized items

Free Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only)
We offer one free size or color exchange per item on domestic orders.

Return Process

1. Visit our Online Return Portal to start your return

2. Print your return label and package the item securely

3. Drop it off with the designated carrier

4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item

International Orders

TYIK ships to select international locations. Please note:

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included at checkout and may be due upon delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing
